- We read and reply to chats on a business SIM using the WhatsApp Business App.

- Lead Logging: Details from WhatsApp chats (name, phone, message text) may log automatically to a Google Sheet Lead Tracker.
- AI-Assisted Responses: We may use AI tools to draft quick replies. We check and approve them before sending.
- Auto-Messages: We set automated replies for greetings or off-hours help.

- Essential Cookies: We need these for basic site features like page loading. You cannot turn them off.
