  • Payment Information: Basic details from standard payment modes like UPI or bank transfer. We do not store complete bank account details or card numbers.

  • WhatsApp Business: WhatsApp chats are safe and use end-to-end encryption.
  • Web Hosting: Our site runs on secure servers. They use SSL/TLS encryption, regular updates, and backups.
  • Access Control: Only approved team members can view your data. They must follow strict privacy rules.
  • No Data Sales: We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.

5. WhatsApp Business Data

We use WhatsApp as our main contact channel. Here is how we handle this data:

  • We read and reply to chats on a business SIM using the WhatsApp Business App.
  • Webhook Processing: Chats may trigger webhooks (via Make.com or Zapier) to record leads, send quick replies, or start workflows.
  • Lead Logging: Details from WhatsApp chats (name, phone, message text) may log automatically to a Google Sheet Lead Tracker.
  • AI-Assisted Responses: We may use AI tools to draft quick replies. We check and approve them before sending.
  • Auto-Messages: We set automated replies for greetings or off-hours help.

6. Cookies & Analytics

  • Essential Cookies: We need these for basic site features like page loading. You cannot turn them off.
  • Analytics Cookies: Optional cookies that show how users interact with our site. This data is anonymous.
  • No Invasive Tracking: We do not use cross-site trackers or secret tracking systems.
